Eleven years ago, the Burning Bush beside our driveway was small and lonely and I thought of taking it out. It’s turned into a true beauty. I love its passionate reds and pinks, and am so glad it’s still with us.
Can’t help taking a hundred photos of it every fall. I need to go back through the years and compile a record of how it’s changed.

I suppose I could be more delighted with this Burning Bush, but I’m not sure how.

My favorite
What a big, healthy burning bush! We have a few, but they are smaller, probably because they are crammed in among other plants.
It does make much of itself!
Beautiful! And much larger than my Grandma’s was, I know! Thank you for this! Oh, and also for my “belated boo”!!
You are so welcome, Leta! 💜
